With this Amazon camping expedition, you will have the Amazon basin at your fingertips. It is the perfect adventure for nature lovers, jungle explorers and wildlife. Observers who would like to experience the Amazon intact. You will discover the Amazon of Ecuador in the Yasuní National Park, world famous for its tremendous biodiversity and its authentic indigenous cultures that are still very much alive.
On this trip, as you kayak through rivers and lagoons, you will feel as if the animals are following you. You will see exhibits of parrots, toucans, macaws, royal fishermen, herons. flying across the river, as well as curious giant otters who will come up to the canoe to take a look. Many different types of monkeys will leap over the trees and there will be opportunities to spot jaguars, the jungle's top feline predators.
The Kichwa, the natives will share their history and we will learn about their rich connection with Mother Nature. Live the adventure while promoting long-term conservation and sustainability in two of the most valuable and diverse ecosystems in the world!

Itinerary
Day 1
FLIGHT TO COCA AND ENTRANCE TO YASUNI PARK
We board a morning flight to the town of Coca to begin our adventure.
We will take a panoramic tour to the Tiputini river, at the entrance of the YASUNI. National Park.
While the guides prepare our equipment, we will enjoy a picnic by the river.
Our first expedition will be canoeing on this beautiful river surrounded by complete nature and wildlife.
Along the way, we will have the opportunity to spot river turtles, monkeys, alligators and many species of birds such as orioles, caciques, kingfishers, macaws, toucans, parrots and more.
Accommodation: Camping in Yasuní Park.

Day 2
INCREDIBLE ENCOUNTERS WITH WILDLIFE WHILE WE DO RAFTING
After a healthy breakfast, we will continue our canoe exploration, heading deeper into the jungle.
Every day in the Amazon is a new adventure: the more we paddle, The more pristine and wild the jungle becomes with new and exciting opportunities to find more wildlife, such as different types of monkeys, capybaras, tapirs, swallows, flycatchers, herons, washerwomen and hawks.
We will also go on walks to learn more about the local plants and their medicinal properties.
At the end of the afternoon, we arrive at our camp, located on the banks of the Tiputini River.
Our chef will prepare a special gourmet dinner for us tonight.

Day 3
CANOE IN LAGOON ANACONDA - FLOODED FOREST
After breakfast we will start canoeing through the Tiputini to reach the entrance of Amarun - Cocha, which means Laguna Anaconda in the native language.
This is in the most pristine forest in the area and hopefully we will be able to see the largest and most beautiful snake on the planet.
We will also enjoy impressive landscapes with incredible dark and clear waters in a flooded forest.
Here we will discover the mythical piranhas, alligators, boas and more.
Then we will return by canoe to the camp and after a pleasant rest in the hammocks, we will go on a night exploration to see insects, frogs and possibly some snakes.

Day 4
EDUCATIONAL WALK AND VISIT TO THE MANDARI - LOCAL TRIBE OF PANGA
In the morning we will hike in the pristine forest to learn about the rich flora of the area and medicinal plants.
After lunch, we will take a canoe ride to a local.
Kichwa community to learn about their way of life in the jungle, their stories and traditions.
We will also see how they make the traditional drink called chicha.
In the afternoon we will go fishing.

Day 5
VISIT TO THE PARROT COLLPA - RETURN FLIGHT TO QUITO
This is a morning adventure because we want to get to the clay lick as soon as possible
It is one of our best adventures in the jungle, visiting the Lamederos or Saladeros (parrot clay lick) where there is a great concentration of different species of parrots and macaws, and few predators that surround the area come to feed on the enriched earth clay. with minerals, which helps them digest and detoxify the poisons in their main diet.
These places are unique in the Amazon rainforest. because they offer a great opportunity to see a wide range of Amazon wildlife species.
Later we will return to Coca and take the flight back to Quito.
